There is one thing that should be clear, is that if you have never practiced Crossfit and suddenly want to do it, but you are pregnant, it would be best not to try, since your body is not conditioned for it; But if you had started a few months or years ago then you can continue without any problem.
The other very important point is that you do not have problems in your gestation, that is to say, that you do not have previous placenta or symptoms of loss; Since in these conditions the indications are the rest and not the excessive exercise, by risks for the baby.
Exercise is very important for the period of pregnancy, as long as you do not suffer adverse situations. It helps prepare the body for childbirth, provides more nutrients and oxygen to the baby, prevents gestational diabetes and helps your joints stay active.
There is a community called Crossfit Mom, they publish special daily workouts for pregnant women and, at the same time, practice them. Many expecting babies crossfitters come together to continue their usual workouts.
