The sports that women practice the most
According
to a research done by the Ministry of Education in Spain, the sports that women
practice the most and its benefits are:
- Swim: with
this sport you work legs, arms, back, breast and you’ll improve you physical
capacity because it is an aerobic and anaerobic sport.
- Synchronized
swimming: it will help you to tonificate your body.

Football: you will work all your body but more the bottom, unless you are the
goalkeeper.
- Cycling:
it will help you to tonificate legs and to lift up the glutes.
- Rhythmic
gymnastics: it includes dance, balance, muscle development, and cardiovascular
endurance. The results of this sport are noticeable in the silhouette of the
body and abdomen.
- Tennis: you
will work all your body, especially the arms and legs.

Volleyball: you will work all your body, specially the muscular strength because
it is necessary to the volleyball’s movements.
- Handball: you will work all your body, specially the arms and legs.
- Athletics:
it benefits the whole body and generate a spectacular and strong figure.
- Basket; you will have strong arms and legs and maybe you will become a tall person.
