Two stories of female doping

The Russian revealed that during the last Australian Open tested in a doping test for the consumption of meldonium, a hormone that increases physical endurance and mental capacity.
Sharapova was informed through a letter from the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The tennis player assumed "full responsibility" for what happened.

As he explained, he had been using meldonium since 2006 because of physical problems, a substance that had not been on the list of banned until January 1, 2016, without Sharapova or his medical team realizing, which provoked the positive Australia.
Sharapova, 28, has five Grand Slam tournaments in her career and became the world's number one.

In the fall of 2007, Jones yielded to the pressure and admitted his guilt before a federal court in White Plains, New York. He confessed, before a Federal Court of the United States, to have consumed substances unauthorized in Olympic Games of Sydney 2000, reason why was sanctioned and they were retired the five Olympic medals.
In January 2008, US District Court Judge Kenneth Karas imposed on the famous sprinter the ultimate penalty.
